DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and SolidWorks files are processed through optimized nesting software to minimise material waste and accelerate batch production.
Execution follows a controlled workflow — nesting, nitrogen- or oxygen-assisted cutting, edge rounding and deburring, and CMM or optical dimensional inspection before dispatch. Quality is maintained under ISO 9001 with full material batch traceability, while safety governs laser operation, fume extraction, and handling of finished components. Deliverables include inspection reports, material certificates, and dimensionally verified parts ready for fabrication or installation.
