Gantries are engineered to the specified load, span, and travel requirements, with heavy-plate cutting, fit-up, and full-penetration welding verified by ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing, then hot-dip galvanised or coated with multi-coat polyurethane systems.
Sequenced erection uses craneage and temporary supports, with load testing and certified documentation at handover — serving overhead crane gantries, pipe support gantries, and equipment platforms in industrial and logistics facilities.
